I am not sure, but it sounds like the people that wrote the bad comments about this place are people that didn't get the answers that they wanted. Every complex that I have ever lived out has rules and regulations that they have to follow just like any business. They seem to me to follow those. The people that break those rules are punished. I feel that this complex deals with issues very well. They even have security that patrol the lots at night. I have called the police department myself and asked what they thought of the property and what the crime was like. Waterfield is rated one of the best in the area.

The construction could happen anywhere and has. As you look around the area there are a lot of properties that are being worked on. It goes with upkeep. They could have let the balconies just fall down and hurt someone, but they didn't they are fixing them. That says a lot. They can't help the construction company's wrong doings. They can only do what they can. They are doing that by giving us all discounts on our rent. Tell me another complex that would do that. The other thing they are doing is not raising our rents. NO else would do that.

To the person with the deposit issue, if that were true then you would have had an attorney involved. So we know thats not true. And like the other person said the pet deal is a fee not a deposit. I think you just don't know what you are talking about.

I think people should be more understanding and realize that the complex is doing everything that they can to help us out with the contruction in the best way they can. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
