I have lived here for 4-5 months and I don't have one single complaint about the complex or the staff.
Kendra in the office was very efficient and helpful with getting me all set up and moved in.
The lock on my front door recently needed to be replaced, and I called from my cell on my way home from work. The maintenance guys were at my door before I was even home.
For apartment living, it is more quiet and peaceful than expected. Sure there are lots of kids and dogs that shat all over the place, but that's the owner's fault, no the property.
I don't see any reason not to move here. I've never had problems with parking, noise, or slow maintenance repairs.
The only thing that I would recommend to Waterfield is to get a better cleaning service. When I moved in, I had new carpet and paint, but the apt was not throughly cleaned.
I feel very safe here and honestly, you can't beat the rent and amenities. Plus it's conveiniently located to just about everything.
I've lived in other complexes over the past years, even brand new "luxury" properties and this place by far beats the rest. You get your money's worth.
For those of you that complain it's the ghetto, sure they're older and sure you're in Aurora. If you don't like it, then move somewhere else.
