My husband and I have lived at Waterfield for three years now. When we first moved in it was great. But over the last year they are falling apart. First off the people in the office are stupid they tell you one thing and then when you complain to the manager they say I didnt say that. Well that is why I have to record them now when I talk to them. Then we have hilbillie neighbors that sit outside on their stairs until midnight or later and if you call the office they dont do anything because they dont care. We are moving into a house because they have put us through so much that we need a house.
