I've lived at these apartments for 3 years now. Never once did I have a complaint till the new staff came in. I had packaged delivered that went to the office and they signed for it and lost it. First they gave me the run around saying that UPS might have lost it or left it on their trucks. Now because they signed for it, I can't have UPS or the company which I purchased the package from replaced. I'm going to report them to the BBB and suggest anyone else with a complaint do the same. I feel like a complete moron too for signing on another year with them.
