I have never lived in such a trashy apartment complex. Beyond the issues with the trash and animal problems, our apartment was anything but clean when we moved in. Throughout our lease the carpet that we thought was cleaned has random hand spots showing up. Not to mention the bathroom floor which has been peeling and the leaky sinks in both bathrooms and the kitchen. A call into maintenance yielded no response.
Also the free rent money that is promised for a referral is a complete lie. We had a flyer on our door for $400 off rent for referrals. We never recieved the discount and when confronting the HORRIBLE management staff, they denied the referral and were anything but polite and professional.
Overall, I would never recommend this complex to anyone. The apartments are dirty, the construction is never ending and the management staff is one of the most difficult and completely inconsiderate group of individuals I have ever had to deal with.
