This place definitely tries to scam you. I had numerous troubles with them for the short time that I lived there. (About 9 months). I had to ask NUMEROUS times for things to be fixed. In fact, my front door kept getting jammed, and they wouldn't fix it, even though I kept requesting it. One night after walking my dog, I could not get the door open. It was about 11:30 at night, I called the maintenance line and they wouldn't answer (of course). I had to literally kick the door in just to get in to my apartment. They wanted me to pay for a whole new door! Need I say more'''
