maitnence never came to fix anything, office staff just want your money and time- they are the worst they cant help you and they make mistakes all the time! Dont make a transfer because your appartment wont be ready in time and theyll call you before the day you move!Roof tops are falling apart, insulation is rediculous especially behind the kitchen cabinets and windows! they are money stictlers completly! Look at quincy ridge, much nicer and affordable

I COMPLETELY agree with the review Candy just wrote. I moved from Waterfield Court to Quincy Ridge two years ago. I lived in two different apartments while I was at Waterfield. I have not lived there under the new management, however. When I transferred apartments, nothing was ready and it was completely dirty as well. The insulation is completely ridiculous and you will be able to hear anything anyone else says, unless you live on the top floor of your building. But you can even hear the people next door! Not only that, almost all of the stairs in the complex are completely falling apart! It's a safe area in general, but the management certainly does not care about fixing any of the stairways and they are older than dirt! They were definitely money sticklers and when you had a maintenance issue, it took them days to come by and fix it. The jacuzzi was almost never open or working when I lived there. As Candy21 said, you can live at Quincy Ridge, which is also in a much better school district (Cherry Creek for that matter). So if you care about the education of your children, you wouldn't move into a place like this.
