There were problems from the day I moved in. The lease wasn't ready, they lost our keys. It was not cleaned before we moved in. Maintenance was not complete, there were loose screws, was not painted, carpets not cleaned. There was food under the oven and fridge. Management team was rude. Mail keys did not work. Maintence took two months to fix anything. Office failed to report maintenance needs several times. Office ran poorly. Lost my rent check once. Even when Madison took over, office is still ran poorly. People are nicer, but maintenance still takes at least a month. Never any parking close to apartment. Can't wait to move out.
