You get what you pay for...safe location, no frills

I moved into Waterfield Court based on a having a military member's budget and wanting a safe location. For a modest price (for Denver metro) I got a top floor apartment with vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, and washer-dryer included. Location was a plus, south of Mississippi Ave to avoid high crime areas, but not too far south to be away from shopping, highway access to downtown, and high rental prices.
Maintanence never did me wrong...responding to any needs with 24 hours.
Only problems: As I said, you get what you pay for....other residents (or more correctly their unsupervised kids) were a hassle. Loitering on stairwells and leaving trash was a problem. Only other issue was consistent need for general maintanence required on now aging apartments (fridge, gar disposal, air conditioner). Although a pain to go through, management was responsive and took care of any issues the first time. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
