For anyone trying to add padded remarks about how this place is just fine - you need to tell the truth. The last management were awful and the slogan they used "Raising The Level Of Living" only applied to the rent and the things they did to the leaseing office to make themselves comfortable while they sat in it and did NOTHING.
It was a disaster. We have new owners now, I hope they will be better owners.
