Moved into apt in terrible condition. Had to wait months to get it cleaned, then I had to do it over. Lighting at front door and parking was out for over 3 months after move in. Management team has been great until huge change in August; now they aren't anywhere near human. I was fined a late payment even though my lease agreement clearly stated differently. I have to choose whether to pay or fight...I don't need this stress where I live. Where we live is supposed to be a safe haven.
