new owners are greedy and unfair

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
While sending out 60 day lease renew notices they failed to send to everyone. They now want to charge 200 plus more a month so we honor their 60 day written notice policy. They admit not sending it due to computer problems and will not work out to customer sattisfaction. They are slow on some repairs. Lighting is very poor.The pools are cold and one is never open for most of the season. Parking is poor and many people park in stairwells. Electris is divided among units and not by square footage. So our small apartment with no washer/dryer cost the same as a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a washer and dryer.Would not reccomend due to new management.
