The day my husband and I pulled up in our U-hal to move in we were told that the apt was not ready. Even though they had a months notice before we moved in. The bathrooms were dirty, the paint was still wet, and the carpet had just been cleaned. The counter tops were cracked and broken. About a month later, it rained and water leaked all over our bed and my daughters bed. I called them to fix it and they said they did but when every it rained we had to move our beds. I had to call them at least four times to fix a pipe that had busted under the bathroom sink. Water was gushing everywhere. The heat and air condition NEVER worked! NEVER! Our car was constantly getting broken in to and they never did anything. It was not just our cars either. This is not a place for kids either. This was the pit bull complex. They would let people let their pit bulls run around loose with no leash. Trash was everywhere. We finally got smart and moved out but they were not finished with us. They are trying to rip us off saying that the place was left a mess. The place was cleaner than they had it when we moved in. I called to complain so they got mad and sent out another statement with more charges. We are going to fight them !! For all of you out there thinking of moving to this place, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN or you will be sorry!!!!!
