I have complained numerous times about my neighbors living upstairs. First-there ar 5 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment-which is illegal. Second, they allow they children to run room to room jumping off furniture, banging on walls and running up and down the outside stairs. Management tells me I should move to a different apartment. Why' So I can possibly have even worse neighbors. I have live here for over two years with no issues and never any complaints against me. Why should I be punished. I was assured it would be handled right before signing a year's lease-then they tell me I should move. I will-when me lease is up so they can't charge me the ridiculous fees they put in the lease if you break your lease term. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Also, to get anything repaired you have to call repeatedly to get them repaired and then they try to blame you for the problems. For example-my pipes froze last year and that was my fault because the pipes weren't insulated''' Be warned.

It may sound crazy, but I have the exact same problem! The children above me jump off of furniture at all hours of the night waking up my own child...I complain and complain and they want to to keep a "log" of what is happening? At midnight? I think it is rediculous that they think it is our job to fix this problem or to re-arrange our lives to suit those who are causing the problem.
