i lived in this complex from feb 06-nov 06.. i cudnt afford the 2 bedroom i was forced into getting so i had to switch.. i paid a 500 dollar transferr fee which was crap.. and then i had awesome history of paying the rent on time.. one day late.. they tried to charge me 500 extra for a ONE BEDROOM!!!! yeah rite.. since they breached the contract first... with lack of maitnence... and i mean LACK..... i moved... i didnt pay.. had 2month left in leas.e. screw that they took me to court but droped the charges wen they realeased they didnt have a case.. i wouldnt recomend..
