This place was great until they got bought out. New staff is rude and lazy. Someone parked in the covered spot I paid monthly for & they made me call the towing company only to find out that tenants aren't allowed to have cars towed. When I called the office back, they were closed. How convenient. One of my neighbors exposed himself out his slider window (he was dancing), they did nothing. Not even a note on his door. I had three other neighbors with children who could have seen that. Snow and ice removal was a joke. Stairs were old and falling apart. AC never worked. Maintenence took days to do any work. I was without a dryer for 4 days. Took 3 times to actually fix my clogged sink. I guess you get what you pay for.
