Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I had a 9 month lease. If you sign a year or more you do not get charged for paint touch ups or carpet cleaning. HOWEVER they use flat paint so you can't wash your walls so they will charge you. Also a screen went missing and since it was my kids room and by my daughters bed I never opened the blinds (I am very private about my kids). I got charged for that and the guy told me "had you turned in a work order..." Um, yeah i would have had I known it was gone.
Also the $87 security deposit - It buys them insurance to cover up to $500 in damages. It DOES NOT cover you at all, just wastes that money.
Also my van was broken into here...
