We moved in to this apartment in August of 2005. The staff was great!! They all knew us by name when they were out showing apartments would wave hello and ask you how you were doing. A week after we moved in we had a leak under our bathroom sink. We went and reported it and the maintenance was there to look at it and fix it within an hour. Super friendly and effectient. THEN THE MANAGEMENT CHANGED!!!! There have been occasions when many of the office staff(including the property manager) have been drunk before the end of office hours. Then one of their employees from the office got into a fight with one of the tennants who is mentally handicapped because he was soooo drunk he couldn't even stand up.HE STILL WORKS HERE! IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Then our energy bill was over $180 per month and when we put in a request to have someone come look at our apartment....8 months later no one has come! Our shower was leaking and we put in a report and it took them over two weeks to come and look at it, and they only came because I called a million times a day and then my husband and I went in and yelled at them to get it fixed. They are supposed to close the office at 6:00 pm on the weekdays and the doors are usually locked by 5:35! BASICALLY WHAT I AM TRYING TO SAY IS THAT IT IS NO LONGER GOOD BECAUSE THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE SUCK!!!!

I agree 100% with this review. After living there for three years and having to deal with three different management teams, I moved out. It is the worst place I have ever lived!
