I wasn't going to post on here, until last night when a suspected gang related brawl erupted right ourside my window at 2:15 am. Resulting in the cops being called, the fighters scattered in cars and on feet. Well one of the cars who scattered struck a young male, pinning him under the car. After 5 hours of flashing lights lighting up my room, they cops finally left. Well this AM I wake up and theres police tape, and street markings everywhere. The guy who was struck did not make it thru the night, but I gurantee you the idiots who were fighitng will be back agagin another day. Simply put, if you like gang violence and seeing the Flight for Life helicopter parked next you your car, come live here!

Edited to add: I totally second that last post as well! I have a 1bd/1ba 648 sq ft. My lat x-cel energy bill was $248!!! Water is $38-50/mo. I've lived in aparmtens for the past two years, and paid around $11-14 for water. I've never had to pay $50 for water. My mom has a 2500 sq ft townhome and her xcel bill is lower than mine is!! INSANE!

I was the young male that was stroke by the car, I did make it and I am also the assistant manager of the proerty.. I want to let everyone know that our prorerty is safe and we are working close with apd to make sure it stays that way
