I lived at this place last year for 12 months and it wasn't too bad. I'm from SD and this is the biggest place I have ever lived. Being new to the city living, I felt safe. (Helped having a cop live under us.) The staff is probably different now, but at the time I lived there I like the staff and the maintence staff. They did rape me on the cleaning deposit. Charge me crazy amount for things that were not wrong. I would take pictures before move in and after just to be on the safe side. That goes for any place. Not bad for the price!!
