The staff at this place is a total joke! They are always losing paper work. They like to scam their residents into paying early by telling them they will take money off the next month, then when people pay the supposed discount price, the office charges them for not paying full rent. They did this to us, they told us we would get $150 off if we pay early for the month of Jan. So we did. When Feb came around we paid $150 less, then guess what. THEY TOLD US IT WAS ACTUALLY A DRAWING!!!! We normally paid 705 a month, that month we had to pay $900. DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE. The violence is getting worse too. In fact an employee of the place got beat up and was in the hospital for a while. I am telling you there is nothing, not a thing, good about this place. Stone Cliff heights is good and from what I hear they are cheaper. Oh and the noise is ridiculous, the place is being taken over by stupid teenage idiots who have no respect for any body. Its a total joke.

Exactly Evans.. I hear they are charging tenants for the dog poop cleanup fees even if you don't have a dog. I had lived there sinced 2003, it got bad when this new management company took over. I couldn't take it anymore and moved out last year in November. I broke my lease or should I say they broke my lease for incompetency or however you spell it. You will see my complaint on this list of others. Just find tenant of 2003. Move out as soon as you can. File with the BBB and Ripoff.com.
