I lived at Waterfield Court Apartments from Sept. 2007 - Sept. 2008. We have been waiting for a deposit back for 6 months now. We went in today and we were told The Bethany Group went into bankruptcy and pretty much left everyone hanging. I was told in order to get my deposit back I would need to put a lien on the complex. My deposit was for $500. According to the law if they do not get your deposit back to you in time then they will have to owe you 3 times the amount and also pay your legal fees. But since they are in bankruptcy small claims will do nothing. SO, if you are interested in putting a lien on the company please contact me at 303-847-2380. I think the situation is ridiculous and i DO NOT recommend anyone to move in here. There is a complete lack of communication and like others We have been lied to. Living there I've had to call the police numerous times due to noise and disturbance because the complex did nothing. Parking' GOOD LUCK!
