I wouldn't reccomend this complex to ANYONE! The only thing the new managers are good for is being nosey, and NO HELP. They don't do a good job fixing the apartment back up when the previous one has left. The equipment they give you to access the playground/ fitness cntr/ and Pool are most the time non-functional. And they give you a hard time when you request to get it fixed. The parking is horrible, I have a small child and must park far from my building atleast 4-5 times a week!
When I first moved in they had a special, I would get the rest of the month free. But they were so disorganized and confused that I only got 1 day free as opposed to the expected 10 days!
Also, when I first moved in I told the leasing office my brother would be coming over often to drop off and pick up my nefew. After only living there for one month they sent me a notice saying that my brother was an unauthorized resident and that if he was seen on the property again they would begin an eviction process. Then when I called to clear up the matter the manager -Helen- said she didn't know what I was talking about! Then I had to speak to Claira and she said the reason that they had the notice is because someone asked where I lived because they think my brother was over there!
The ONLY good thing about this complex are the people that live there! Everyone is friendly and they mind their own business. But still under no circumstance would I reccomend this place to anyone. They are not professional!
