I lived in these apartments for three years. When I moved out I cleaned obsessively and they still took my entire deposite and are asking for more. they said the carpets are ruined due to pet urine. I didn't even have pets! They are scam artists and I hope their business wallows and dies. Also Their maitinence days were announced less than 24 hrs before they were to happen. I'm sorry but I'd like someone home when a stranger is comming into my home and my bedroom to change batteries in a smoke detector (which they never even did they'd just say "oh I'm sure your batteries are fine" and walk out) Do not live in this horrible place. You're better off going further south in aurora or just moving to denver.
