My boyfriend and I moved into Windsor 08/08 and signed a 14 month lease and have enjoyed living here very much.

We chose the Pomponette floor plan that has an ENORMOUS closet in the bedroom. The closet and the pool were my two favorite things about living here. The pool is beautiful, peaceful, and extremely well-kept. Lots of exotic looking flowers and plants providing privacy from the streets. There is also a stereo system that plays all around the pool area which helps contribute to the ambiance. With the pool being open April-October you have plenty of time to enjoy it fully : )

The office staff have always been very nice and I've never encountered problems with management.

One of the reasons that we're moving out is the fact that these apartments are not energy efficient, by any means. My Xcel bill was about $50/month before we moved in here and our first month here was $150. The floor plan we chose sits on top of a garage and even though we were told that it was very well insulated, you can feel the cold coming through the floor in winter. The walls are very thin but I only share 1 wall in the bathroom with a neighbor, so it really didn't make much of an impact. It is kinda annoying when people are loud in the hallways and you feel as though they're in your living room because the door is so thin. Haven't had a need to call maintenence since we first moved in, but when we did, they responded very promptly.

We would definately consider coming back to this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean well-kept peaceful neighborhood.
