I am so glad to be moving out of this place in January. It is awful! There is never any parking after 4:00 pm and all day on Sundays. The street noise from Peoria is awful as well as the neighborhood area. All this apartment cares about is over-charging for rent. I have received late notices for water and I always pay it on time with my rent! They told me that they had a glitch in their computer system and several people got this notice. I should have never received a notice. Whoever is in charge of the A/R should always double check their work before sending out late notices! No telling how many people double paid that month! It is embarrasing to get a notice on your door for something you paid!

The maintence people are a joke here too. They are more interested in riding around like a bunch of kids in their golf carts then fixing anything that is broken. They do a poor patch up job on what's broken just to shut you up.

I opted for a remodeled apartment which was understandibly more. The one they showed me was updated and everything new. The one they put us in was not updated completely and said that the new stuff was coming. Well it's been almost a year now and nothing new. But they still charge us for the "remodeled" apartment. In this economy right now I found a much nicer, newer place for less money and more square footage. I highly recommend choosing a different place to live.
