Personally- I don't understand some of the complaint I've seen on this complex= unless their coming from bitter people who can't seem to pay their bills correctly. I've lived here for for a few months- the maintenace crew was polite and in here immediatly fixing every little thing that I noted. With the exception of waiting a day or two for some equipment they're very punctual. THe office team has never been anything but friendly and helpful- heck the bake cookies everyday for residents and future tenants as you walk in the door! Noise is noise. No one can control how loud neighbors are- but there are convenants in place. If someone's too loud after 10pm or any other time for that matter. Simply report it. My apartment has new carpet, nicely painted walls, and is the size of most homes around here that are selling for 180,000= so I think in comparison it's well worth the $ !!!
