I have just broke my lease at Winridge due to the many maintenance problems and lack of attention to these issues on Winridges part. When I moved into the apartments, the apartment was a total wreck! Leaves all over the floor, 15 year old linoleum that was supposed to have been replaced last year, holes in the wall, drawers missing from the bathroom vanity etc. These items were pointed out to the leasing agent prior to me taking the keys and she assured me that they would take care of the problems. When I showed up with my belongings, ready to move in, NONE of the issues had been addressed! Even today... as I did my move-out inspection, NONE of the problems were ever attempted to be repaired! I was told over and over that they are short handed and that they would get to it when they got a chance... Sorry to say but it never happened. I read thru the lease and found that I could break my lease agreement due to this poor response to maintenance, and did just that.

Good luck to anyone who gets stuck in Winridge... I hear they are under new management now (or will be soon).
