Primary: Management is bad, Secondary: Falling Apart

Management is prejudice and racial.
Lots of malfunctions and wear on and in the property, which needs attention.
Townhomes which have lofts have no privacy in 2nd upstairs (loft)bedroom; extremely costly to heat in winter, and to cool in summer.
Place is also spider infested.
