The conditions of this building are less than reasonable. The maintenance is one of the major problems. The lights on the grounds are always out and the lighting for the parking lot is very poor. We have lived here since August of 2001 and we have had to floods from poor plumbing and drains. It has taking them until January of 2002 to get the problem fixes. The maintence workers are very rude. One worker has threated to beat the children that live in the complex. We have had a problem with one accusing our children of stealing a golf and they had the wrong person. We have mold stains on the walls and cabinets. The response time is terrible. This apartment complex is very poorly ran.
