I have lived here about 3 years, I have never had anything to complain about. The girls in the office have always been polite and pleasent. My ice maker stoped working and maintance brought me a bag of ice, and fixed it that same afternoon. I know most of
Neighbors and we all talk about how quit it is here.
The office had a pool party last week it was a lot of fun.

My next door neighbor won move tickets and dinner for 2.

They also gave away a stereo and a dvd player.
They really care about us. The call us to make sure things were fixed correctly.
When maintenance come it your apartment to fix something they always leave a treat, like popcorn,

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha! Who wrote this? This was from 2004? It is now 2009. The complex recently changed owners and now require renter's insurance as well. Is that even legal? Too expensive for what one gets.
