Our family has been residents of Winridge Apartments for the past 2 years and have experienced many things good and bad. It only took a little over a year to have our air conditioner fixed, but that was also due to poor management and lack of responsive maintenance personel. For the first time in the 2 years we have been living here, we have friendly, helpful staff in the front office. They have started a community newsletter which I think is wonderful, and a sure tell sign that the managment finds communication important within the community. We finally have lights in our parking lots, which may sound small but the point is, little things like this have been ignored for a long time. The property is appearing cleaner and taken care of and they are also putting more effort into making the property appealing to someone who is driving by. It is nice to put in a request and have it responded to as if someone is taking you seriously and will actually help take care of that request. I am hoping this turn around is permanent and recognized as good progress by more residents. Good managment brings better attitudes. THANKS LADIES!!
