I would never recommend anyone to live here unless it is for revenge. the insulation is terrible, you have to winterize windows to stay heated without paying alot for the heating bills and still you look at about 80.00 a month for a heating bill in and APARTMENT, give me a break, know some off the rent if you are going to rape us with everything else. you can go other places and pay 150.00 more a month for brand new apartments, so where is the insentive' the windows are so dirty, it doesn't even pay to open the blinds because it is gross to try to look out of them, wouldn't that be considered proative maintenance of any property' The spinklers are so messed up that they water the sidewalks more than the grass and you can get soaked walking to your car. sppiders are terrible if you are on the first floor, the blinds are ratty and old, the appliances are ancient, you are lucky if your dishwasher can clean your dishes the first time around. and you can see a definite gap in your front door, there is no way you can keep all the cold air out in the winter unless you patch everything, it is so shotty. we have new management but we have gone through three of those since we lived here, i am not getting my hopes up yet, they have all failed. the pool is supposed to be a perk, but you are lucky if you can find a chair poolside that your butt doesn't fall through when you sit down. the property overall needs alot of work, no manager has cared enough to finish the job yet, lets hope this one can, otherwise i would tell everyone to STAY FAR AWAY...
