I have lived at Winridge for 5 yrs. And it use to be very nice. They let pets on the grounds now and dog mass is all over the grass, your children can not go put side and play when it snows you never know what they may pick up. I can ot get nayone to fix anything. when you call the after hours number you don't get a call back until you call back and get crazy. Renters have to pay for the water in there apt. We use to get the bill beofore the first on the mo. now the bill comes when it comes, and then it comes it is sky high, then the office puts a notice on your dorr to pay ASAP or pay 50.00 more dollars on top of your sky high water bill. Why do the renters have to pay the price for the billing problem' Some rent get off work at 5:00 and try and get to the office befor 6:00 you get there at 5:50 and guess what' You got it the off is close. Ginger was in the office and told me she locked the door because she was ditting in the dake with Bonnie, fix the problem and move your large butt to the front desk then there is one one to sit in the front to greet the renter. I can not wait to move. This place is even to bad for section 8 renters.
