I have lived here for two and a half years and it has been an absolute nightmare. Maintenance is ATROCIOUS. The concrete stairs on the buildings are constantly falling off and I've heard stories of neighbors actually falling THROUGH the stairs. My water heater was leaking for MONTHS. I called and reported it almost daily and they refused to fix it until the entire thing finally exploded. My kitchen sink was leaking for an entire year, growing mold, and again they refused to fix it until I wrote them a nasty letter threatening legal action. The grounds maintenence is ridiculous. It snowed 5 days ago and half of the walkwasy STILL have not been shoveled. There is no parking so vehicles park in the fire lane and I can barely get my little car by them...god forbid there's a fire or emergency and a fire truck or ambulance can't get in. Beware of any positive reviews as they are clearly being posted by management.
