I have lived here since 2004 and in the last few months the grounds has been totally neglected. You cannot walk anywhere without stepping in dog poop. Management refuses to clean it up even in areas where kids play creating a health hazard to residents. So if you like dog this is the ideal palce for you to live.

Also managment has done nothing about the snow on the streets within the complex and you can only navigate the huge ruts with an SUV. Various residents have gotten stuck and have had to be removed by tow trucks. Management has a month to address this and has chosen not to.

These are simple things to fix but are indicative of a total lack of investment or respect for the tenants.
