Our family has lived at winridge apartments for the past 3 years; when we moved in back in 2003 management and the same apartments where well taking care off. But since they have had 3 change of management the situation has gotten worse. My water bill went from $40.00 a month for a 2 bedroom to $80.00 within the last few months. We have constant noise at 5:00 am in the morning from college student or if not you will not be suprised to see parking lot fights where under cover cops, ambulance and the fire department have to be called. I have never lived in such a worse place in my life and I would not suggest these apartments to anyone. I've contacted city ordance with the situation of the water and they will be investigating.
