These are the WORST apartments around. MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL. They don't return calls, ignore you when you actually go in to see them, etc.. The buildings are nasty- falling apart and everything is waaaay outdated. They show you the "model" apartment- which is NOTHING like the real ones. The cost of rent is way to high to live in these pieces of crap. They NEVER scoop the walk when it snows- I can't even begin to describe how many times I fell down on ice walking to my car. A few months ago when it rained, a large- I mean LARGE tree branch feel onto a woman's car- and it sat there for a few days before my husband had to personally remove it from the car; And there it sat on the lawn for MONTHS. I have complained a lot about the lock on our door- sometimes it takes me 20 minutes just to get inside my craphole- and I've paid to get many different copies of my key made thinking that was the problem. They have came out ONCE to look at the lock- and what do they do' NOTHING. I know that they have had issues with the city on compliance with things. We've had letters on our doors at least twice warning us that people from the city were coming in to do inspections. I really do not see how this place passes and inspection. But I think the worst aspect of this crappy place is the management. Oh yes and the water bill. I get charged $80 for a 1 bedroom. Yes, $80! When I went in to question the ridiculousness of this bill, the manager told me that they charge per person in the unit. $80'! No way do my husband and I use $80 worth of water a month. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Move. MOVE. I moved and I would NEVER recommend anyone live in these apartments. I remember the city coming to inspect my apartment and I can tell you how they passed--the inspector didn't inspect anything. You're right about the terrible management and everything falling apart. In fact, my old apartment had a microwave from 1983 in it. It worked, but come on, for the cost of rent in that craphole the least they could do was update the stupid microwave!
