Winridge Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

I have lived in Winridge for quite a few years, and it's an okay place to live, but the price of rent and water/sewer keeps going up, up, up. It would seem like the company would want to keep their long-term renters by offering them incentives to stay, such as one month's free rent if a new lease is signed, or by not going up on the rent every time a new lease comes out. It would just make sense to keep the old clients instead of desperately trying to appeal to new clients. With the new owners have come new rent rates which are higher than other apartments around here. It would behoove this company to take a look at the overall picture and try to keep their long-term renters happy.

I just recenetly moved from Winridge because I had the opportunity to live somewhere rent free, but I found out that if you give them your sixty day notice to vacate after you get the lease renewal papers, they'll come back with a lower rent rate. Mine went down from $702 to $584, but nothig's better than free.

Thanks! I hope that they will still do this in a month or so when I get my lease renewal. Do I need to go talk to them about how I can't afford it, or should I just give notice to vacate? Thanks again.

I have lived in this unit since Nov. 2008. My car has been broken into on three different occasions. My neighbours have also had their fair share. Maintenance is very poor. If something is broken and you call them to fix, you have to keep bugging them in order for them to do. I had Spiders in my patio and occasionally in my room.
Water and trash bill kept going up every month.
I would not recommend this apartment to nobody
