Garden Village Apartments 2601 Belford Ave, Grand Junction, CO 50% Recommended May 11, 2004 - " i lived here for 6 months in 2000, its was pretty spacious and didnt have many problems. when i first moved in, the bathroom and kitchen were not very clean. carpet was old. too many college students, alot smoking pot and drinking around the premises. not alot of parking, more spaces needed. never had a problem with the staff. the only bad thing is the college kids being too loud and too drunk EVERY night. ...
