196 units privately owned by seperate owners, no central rental office. Some units owner occupied but most are rental units. First multi building apartment complex built in Boulder provides lots of open space and mature landscaping. Park, shopping, and multiple bus routes near by. Pool has been known through out Boulder for many years as "The Riveria". Dog and pet friendly but not a lot of kids, the apartments are small for famlies.
