The people who say that these apartments are crap CLEARLY do not know what is going on. I am in my third year in these apartments and have had an excellent experience here. The trith is if you bust up your lights, they will make you pay for it. If you are mean to the staff, they will be rude to you. If you mess up on your rent they make you pay. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is cool (especially maintenance). Rent is high but to get it close enough to campus is well worth the investment. The movie renting system is cool, plus you can rent games. Overall I would recommend these apartments... to anyone.

Wouldn't it be nice if this were the case. I honestly do not mean to be a pessimist, but how can you honestly recommend these apartments to anyone. Firstly, how about the constant noise from those that live on the first floor of 3275, noise that requires the presence of police to subdue. How about the random fire alarms that go off at 2-3 am on weekdays, weekends, or whenever some drunk ignoramus decides to show off to his other drunk friends. How about the TV lineup, as well as internet access, being concreted in terms of availability and options? How about some student getting assaulted on the first floor of 3275, being knocked unconcious, then having his wallet and other personal belongings stolen while trying to use the elevator? Oh yeah, this is a great place to spend your time and waste your money. I have nothing against the staff. Since the transition in owernship was made, the staff is much more professional and curteous. However, how can you argue with the questions posed above? And those were just a few, I did not even mention the trash rooms, tech room, office occupation (which is random, you must admit. Countless times I went down there and I see the ever wonderful signs that state either "On Tour, be back in 20 minutes" which is never 20 minutes, or "OUt of Office, back in 5 minutes" which is never 5 minutes. But then again, perhaps I put too much of an emphasis on education and hasle-free living than most others so I guess those interested should take this rebuttal at face value.

Who ever you are, you obviously do not have much of a social life. Not too many people that live here do....to say the least. I have to disagree with you completely on every level. This is a horrid place to live, and is not worth the money. I can hear my next door neighbor BLOW HIS NOSE!! The management is awful, and so are the staff, no one knows what they are doing. The rooms are tiny, and they can just walk in even when you ARE NOT there...that is a breach of privacy!! Just two days ago maintnance left my door UNLOCKED!!! But did the office care?? NOOOO...why would they? They don't care about anything!

Since when was it the responsiblity of staff to force people not to throw up, not to make noise, force everyone to be completely subdued without any free will? Staff members are not responsible, it is up to the individual and their own personal agency to make the right decisions to not be a annoyance to other residents. Get over yourselves, stop looking for drama. This is a great place to live.
