Bear Creek Apartments at Williams Village

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Bear Creek is overpriced for what it is. It looks nice but the appliances and furnature are cheap and not well built. The floors are carpeted, but there is no padding, so it feels like walking on a cement floor. The rooms are tiny and come with uncomfortable Queen sized beds that take up all the floor space. The location is terrible, and it's not easy to get to campus. There is a bus, but it is always crowded and slow and only comes once every half hour after 7:00 pm! There is also very little guest parking, if you have a guest come over chances are good, they will get a ticket. The worst thing about Bear Creek is the management which is not only unhelpful, but just plain rude. Don't waste your money, there are better places to live in Boulder!
