The Worst Place in Boulder

Bear Creek is without a doubt in my mind the absolute worst place in Boulder to live. The rooms are tiny, and they try to charge you for anything in their grasp. The rent is ridiculous at $634 per person per month... this is only if you want a four bedroom apartment, otherwise if you want something a little less crowded the rent rapidly increases. There is practically no guest parking, unless you want to pay the city of Boulder or CU Parking services for any parking tickets you might acquire.
The furniture is shoddy at best, it lacks any kind of elegance or sophistication, and anyone can tell that it was purchased with the idea of how cheap it was in mind. It is uncomforable, and falls apart with the lightest touches.
The maturity of the majority of the residents leaves something to be desired. A good deal of drug use and drinking is rather obvious. If you are a light sleeper and plan to get to bed early, make sure you sleep somewhere else, because almost every night and especially the weekends are filled with rambuxious drunkards running and screaming through the halls and playing extremely loud music 'til all hours of the morning. Also watch your step because there are often piles of vomit in the hallways.
If there is worse management in Boulder I would be hard pressed to find it. They are rude and seem like they are annoyed when bothered to do anything for you. They seem incapable of solving the simplest connudrums or using any common sense to solve whatever problems come their way. One thing that does amuse me is the propaganda they send to all the residents about how great this building is every other month or so.
They have a computing lab with four computers for almost 500 people, but only two of them have mice, and the printers are either almost always jammed or out of paper or ink. The elevators are broken down for at least one weekend a month it seems, and when they are working they smell putrid.
The staff takes weekends off, because the trash rooms are always overflowing and by Sunday night, it seems like a breathing hazard to go in them.
Over all, I would say avoid this place at all cost, the price is simply outrageous, and the frustration is overwhelming.
