Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT live here. These people deserve each one of these bad reviews, and deserve their occupancy to be at zero. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by people who are in the customer service industry. I am a graduate student, my parents don't pay for me to live here, and it is unbelievable the amount of disrespect I have received from upper management. I have tried for months to get their assistance in releasing my apartment, and every time myself, a family member, or a friend has called to see if a one bedroom apartment is open, they BLATANTLY LIED and said NO. THe cost is insane, what were originally called ammenities are pieces of junk i.e. the computer labs. They locked the labs during open hours and I had to call to have someone come over and open the door so I could add money to my laundry card. Ridiculous. Stay away is my advice to you.
