Meh, could do better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   You basically get what you pay for. I've had to deal both years that I've been here with conflicts of interests in roommates. I've been stuck with smoker roommates, who party till all hours of the morning despite the fact that I can't stand the smell and have 8am classes. I've had numerous maintenacne calls, but they always fix the problem within a day or so. I've been lied to several times by management & the staff and they hardly ever fix the problem. I didn't get mail until mid-december b/c they couldn't get the box number right. The "duty" (after hours) phone numbers don't work. The location is ideal if you're an upper-classmen and want the division from freshmen, but want to be close (w/in walking distance) of campus.
