Bear Creek Apartments at Williams Village

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Living here was somewhat convienient during the school year, due mostly to the bus service provided by the school. Parking sucks, it's expensive, and I was in the lot facing the highway which resulted in me having to replace my windshield because of rocks flying off the road into the lot. The management took the view that it hasn't happened before, so they had no responsibility towards the incident. It is nice to have a furnished apartment, but for nearly $600 a month, it would be cheaper to rent a house with one or two buddies and buy furnisher.
