Much to everyone's dislike, the rumor needs to be stopped. Bear Creek does not have RA's- so it's not like living in a dorm. The "community assistant" is only like a superintendent- like every other apartment building. Bear creek is newer than most apartments in Boulder- therefore they are cleaner! They are a little small for two people with a bunch of junk, but- they do come furnished and your rent includes utilities. Plus it's right on the bus loop and near the rec.- I would rather live in Bear creek than many other places in boulder.

I believe the majority of people were complaining about the staff and their lack of professionalism, not their job title. The bus loop is great, especially on hot days when the bus is filled with 50 people, all sweaty and disgusting. Yeah, thats a great selling point. I will agree that having a rec center close to the complex is convenient, but not worth the price of stupidity that is attained from the majority of the management and staff. Dont get me wrong, there are a few very nice and helpful people on the staff. However, as I stated, the majority is either ignorant or grossly incompetent.
