This is the most horrible place a college student could live. I have been here since May, and hate it!! Poor management, tiny rooms, too much noise, no pets, outrageous fees, no visitor parking, it's like the dorms...and who likes the dorms'' No one that works here is useful, and they are broke, so every opportunity they get, they fine you, and rip you off. I wouldn't live here again if they paid me!!!!

granted, you're probably not a lawyer, but did you at least read the lease? if you wanted a pet than why did you sign a lease here? I'm not crazy about bear creek, but at least i read the lease
