If you don't want to live in a building which is dominated by immature sophomores, incoherent management, and the occasional crazy person then I would NOT recommend living here. I moved into this corporate trap when I first transferred to CU, because I didn't know anyone and they would place me with random roommates. Fortunately, I met my current best friend when we happened to move in together, and if I hadn't, the experience would have been much worse. The staff is corrupt and the rooms are too small for their price. Basically the only good thing about living here is that you are a short walk away from the new rec center. Living here is like living in a bubble. I wouldn't recommend this apartment. It's like one step up from living in a dorm, if that.
